“Côtes” width: all dimensions possible
This small machine has been designed to carry out decorations such as “Côtes de Genève”, “Soleils”, spiral decorations, etc.
The different functions can be adjusted separately, for example the width of the côtes.
The basic machine is equipped for the realization of “Côtes de Genève”. It can be easily transformed by using accessories for the production of circular decorations.
Description
On a robust frame is mounted a longitudinal slide which supports the step-by-step feed mechanism for the “Côtes de Genève” and the rotary device for the circular decorations.
A micrometric quill is mounted on a very rigid system allowing adjustments in three dimensions and the lifting of the grinding wheel when the main carriage returns.
